Our policies

Four documents govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. They are linked in the footer of every page and at checkout.

  • Terms of Service. The agreement between you and AAGC, including orders, payment, final sale, and dispute resolution.
  • Returns and Refunds Policy. All sales are final because our pieces are made to order. Covers what happens if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping Policy. Production times, delivery estimates, customs, and lost packages.
  • Privacy Policy. What we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

If anything in this notice conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including product designs, artwork, graphics, photography, copy, and page layout, is owned by Asian American Girl Club, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

"Asian American Girl Club," "AAGC," "Undefinable," "AAGC Originals," and our logos and visual identity are our trademarks. They may not be used without our prior written permission, including in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation we have not given.

Buying one of our pieces gives you that physical item. It does not give you any right in the design printed on it. Our designs may not be reproduced, adapted, or used to produce merchandise.

Accuracy of content and external links

We work to keep product descriptions, sizing information, materials, and prices accurate, and we do not warrant that every detail on this store is complete, current, or error free. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Product photography is as true to the actual item as we can make it. Screens render color differently, and our pieces are made to order, so small differences in print placement, color, and sizing are normal.

This store may link to other websites, creators, and services. We do not control them and we do not endorse or guarantee their content, their products, or their privacy practices. Anything you do with a third party is between you and them.

Accessibility

We want this store to work for everyone in our community, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

We are not there on every page yet, and parts of the store rely on Shopify's platform and third-party apps that we do not fully control.

Notices for California residents

All sales are final. Our pieces are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue store credit. This is stated on every product page and at checkout, and in full in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Your privacy rights. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to correct it, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email asianamericangirlclub@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Proposition 65. California law requires a warning for certain products that contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Where a product we sell requires one, the warning appears on that product's page. If you have a question about a specific item, email us.

If you believe content on this store infringes your copyright, email asianamericangirlclub@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include: identification of the work, identification of the material you say infringes it and where it appears, your contact information, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your signature.

Because the store is hosted on Shopify, notices about hosted material may also be sent to Shopify's designated copyright agent under its own process. We may remove material in response to a notice and may terminate repeat infringers.

This notice and any dispute arising from your use of this store are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Dispute resolution, including arbitration and the class action waiver, is set out in our Terms of Service.
