Asian American Girl Club is so humbled and excited to announce our April partnership with the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF). We believe in the power of Asian American women and align in our missions to serve, amplify, and create spaces for Asian Americans to be seen, heard, and supported across every walk of life, and because of this we could not be more proud to partner together.
The National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF) is a multi-issue, progressive, community organizing and policy advocacy organization for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women and girls in the U.S. NAPAWF’s mission is to build a movement to advance social justice and human rights for AAPI women and girls. Founded in 1996, NAPAWF launched the vision of 100 AAPI women who recognized the need for an organization that would amplify AAPI women’s stories and experiences. Today, they are mobilizing and building power in 14 cities across the United States to create social, political, and economic change for AAPI women and girls. They also show up in solidarity for other women of color who are experiencing injustice and harms of oppression and marginalization. They use the reproductive justice lens to intersectionally address three core issues: reproductive health and rights, economic justice, and immigration and racial justice.
A portion of net proceeds from every single sale made in our online shop this month will be going directly to NAPAWF. This is another step in our continued and ongoing effort to create a wave of change and a more equitable future for AAPI women everywhere.
Thank you all for your continued support, we would not be able to give back without our beautiful community. We love you #TEAMAAGC 🤍
